Learn A New Hobby With Easy Cartoons To Draw

By Trevor Johnson

If you are searching for a new hobby, consider learning to draw. You can begin with some easy cartoons to draw. You can spend whatever amount of time you have on your hands. Drawing cartoons can give you something to do when you're bored and need to pass some time.

If you are interested in beginning to draw, consider starting with cartoons. They are very simple to draw and you can cartoon anything at all. Begin by making simple arrangements of basic shapes. A house is simply a triangle for the roof and a rectangle for the house. A tree can be drawn with a rectangle and a circle.

Your imagination is the only limit you have when drawing cartoons. You can make them as simple or as hard as you want to. You can draw them in pencil and leave them that way, or you can decide to add colors. You can just do one picture or you can make a whole book or cartoon strip. You can draw cartoons for any time of the year - witches for Halloween for example.

Drawing is a very inexpensive hobby. All you need to get started is paper, a pencil, an eraser and a pencil sharpener. As your talent and enthusiasm grows, you can add to your supplies with colors, markers or even watercolors. It's all up to you!

Drawing can be done anywhere. You can draw while sitting in a doctor's waiting room or while you are in the airport waiting on a flight. When you are waiting for your food to be brought to you in a restaurant, draw a quick sketch!

The best thing about drawing cartoons is that there is no right or wrong cartoon character. You can make your figure whatever you want it to be. If you draw a character or figure that you don't like, just erase it and start over!

Once you have been drawing for a little while, maybe you will discover you have a real talent. You can use your skills to do any number of jobs, such as illustrating children's books, drawing a political cartoon for a newspaper or even animating a television show or movie. The only limits you have are the ones you put on yourself! - 29928

Shapes Can Be Helpful in Learning to Draw Animals

By Charlene Sim

Learning how to draw animals can be fun, as there are so many different types of animals out there. However, because of the high variety of animals in the world, being able to consistently draw different animals will pose a challenge, since they are all so different. While there are certainly groups of animals that have similar shapes and features, a good cross section of animals will still offer up a number of different challenges in terms of drawing them accurately. There are some drawing tutorials that offer tips on how to use shapes to draw different types of animals.

If you draw various animals with standard shapes, like squares, triangles, rectangles, or dots, which are all arranged in different ways to create body parts and features, then you'll have a simpler time drawing. This can be good practice at drawing, although it might seem a bit childish, since it offers you an easy approach to putting together varying sections of varying animals. After some practice, you'll come to realize the shape of each animal that you sketch, and how each segment is put together.

Utilizing shapes when sketching animals won't create true images, however it will give you a result similar to cartoons or animated characters. If this is your sphere of interest, then that's all that you need. Ed Emberley, a distinguished artist, has published various books that demonstrate many different ways to sketch common animals utilizing nothing more than a few different shapes. His books are basically targeted to drawing for children, but they can help out a serious beginner to gain a structural awareness of sketching.

The next step would be to merge the shapes together to draw animals that have more realism to their look. Just like an object that you draw with a pencil and then erase to remove overlapping lines, you can start with shapes joined together, and then erase the connecting lines so that each body part flows more smoothly into the other. With drawing practice you can eliminate the boxed look and hard angles to create animals that are a good step closer to looking real.

So if you want to draw animals but don't have any inherited skills, then a good way to learn how to draw is by starting with shapes. Look at different animals and decide how you want to put them together using only a stock supply of shapes. Once you've mastered that particular technique, you can use the skills you've developed to more comfortably take the next step. If you're serious about wanting to learn to draw and paint, then this is an easy and fun way to begin. - 29928

By Carmeline Calvistacro

Drawing a cartoon me avatar face is very challenging even for the most talented artists. You can literally spend hours drawing one cartoon face and making it look like a real person. Choosing what you want to draw has a great impact on the quality and accuracy of your drawing.

As a child, most people learn to draw in kindergarten using big fat markers and a large variety of crayons. If you want to take your art skills to the next level you just need to invest in some colored pencils. Do not worry if your drawings are not great because with a little practice you will be fine.

When you first try drawing a cartoon me face avatar, you will realize that it is not at all as easy as it looks. People do not realize that artists literally spend hours drawing their cartoons to bring them to life on a piece of paper.

One of the best ways to draw a cartoon me avatar face is by using real paint. Although this is kind of expensive and sometimes creates a huge mess. Just make sure you clean up thoroughly.

Drawing with a colored pencil creates sharper and more detailed images than with crayons. You do not need to spend a lot of money on colored pencils because they are literally a dime a dozen sometimes.

Draw a Cartoon Me Face Avatar

By Carmeline Calvistacro

Some people can take a photograph and draw a cartoon me face. However, drawing a cartoon me avatar is not easy because you have to practice for several months. Some artists will just trace their cartoons or not make them very detailed because drawing a cartoon from just looking at a photo requires a lot of skill.

It requires a lot of patience and ability to make the cartoon look like the person's photograph, without making the caricature look too childish. At the time I wasn't attempting to draw cartoon me face, it just turned out that my drawings looked that way.

I'd take my box of 64 Crayola crayons and use the tiny sharpener on the back. I'd pick my favorite colors whether or not they matched or not I did not care. I might try to draw a cartoon me face of my buddies and they'd giggle.

Drawing a cartoon me face of someone is still my biggest challenge after years of training and several art classes. I sometimes get frustrated drawing someones eyes because they are the most difficult to draw and can take hours of practice.

Bringing a drawing to life is easy to do with lots of bright colors and shades. However, it is not easy to draw cartoons of women because their eyes have great detail. It is far easier to just draw a cartoon me face of men and I start by drawing a big fuzzy beard like a pirate would have.

Taking an art class will definitely cut the learning curve to drawing a cartoon me face. Art classes definitely help add detail to your drawings and almost bring them to life.

Art classes are comparatively cheap and offered at art colleges and community colleges everywhere. A new way to make a cartoon me face is to download a computer program to help you with the drawing. Finding the right program is straightforward and many of them are completely free.

Drawing cartoons can be a fun but time consuming hobby. Drawing a cartoon me face from looking at a photograph is even more challenging.

Giving a cartoon me face drawing to someone as a present is a a great gag gift you can give that they will actually keep and maybe even post on their refrigerator. You will be able to draw cartoon me avatars of all of your family and friends after just a few hours of practice. - 29928

Factors to Account For When Designing a Floor Plan

By Adriana Noton

Any home building project will requires careful thought and planning, especially when designing a floor plan. The biggest task when designing a floor plan is the actual planning of the architectural drawings. It may seem challenging, however, designing a floor is not as difficult as it may seem. There are a number of factors that have to be taken into account when you design a floor plan.

The following are factors to consider when designing a floor plan:

1. One essential factor to take into account when planning your floor design plan is you have to consider your budget. Will you be getting a loan? If so, how much can you afford? If you are working on a tight budget, you may have to adjust your budget. As well, make sure you can afford the monthly payments and consider any other parts of the project that will require funding.

2. You also have to take the location of the house into consideration when designing a floor plan as it may affect the design that you choose. Consider the shape of the house, the size of the house (square footage), the number of rooms in the house, and whether an open floor plan or segmented plan would be the best choice. The type of floor plan will often depend on where the various rooms are located. For instance, are the dining room, kitchen, and living room one big area or are they separate rooms?

3. You must also consider environmental elements that can affect your floor design such as if you want the rooms facing the open sun or in front of a tree for shade. It is important to remember that the sun heats the room on cold days, and a big overhang above the windows will provide shade from the sun when it is at its highest point of the day. The directions, such as the south side and north side, where the sun will be better for a specific room, such as the living room, are an important consideration. It is also important to factor in the sound. For instance, bedrooms should be located where there is less traffic and noise so sleep will not be disrupted.

4. You also have to factor in such features as where to place certain rooms such as putting bathrooms close together to avoid expensive plumbing installation costs. As well, consider where closets will be located, and if you put in a den or office room, you may want a quiet location so that you can work uninterrupted.

When considering the factors that affect the design of a floor plan, it is important consider the function the room (entertaining, working, sleeping), cost, your needs and your family needs, traffic habits, comfort features, source of light, safety, wiring, plumbing, ventilation, dcor of the room, furnishings, and arrangement and size of the furniture. Once you have taken all of these factors into account, you will be able to create a great floor design that will meet your needs for many years. - 29928
